Physical development, team spirit and sportsmanship are encouraged in the athletic programs at Calvary! Depending on the season, we have a variety of offerings for those who enjoy playing sports.

Calvary Boys / Men Basketball Teams

Are you aged junior high, high school or beyond? Then join the Calvary Boys/Men's Basketball teams! We have two different leagues: one for the younger kids and one for the adults. We play together on Thursdays from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Southwest Christian School (171st & 84th Avenue, Tinley Park) until February 9, 2012. Women's Volleyball Teams

The Girlfriends Ministry, Calvary's Women's Ministry, plays on Tuesday evenings at the Southwest Chicago Christian School in Oak Lawn. The season runs until April 2012. If you are interested, please contact Jean Cavanaugh at cavanaughs@comcast.net. Hope to see you there!

Girls Biddy / Junior Basketball Teams

Calling all girls! The Calvary Biddy Basketball team is made up of fourth through sixth graders. Calvary Junior Girls are made up of 7th, 8th & non-high school playing freshmen. Basketball practices are Thursdays at 6 p.m. (for Biddy) and 7:15 p.m. (for Juniors) here. Games are held on Saturday mornings. You can download the full schedule here. NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!
